3. Risk Acknowledgement

Participation in BOTG treasure hunts involves outdoor activities that may carry inherent risks. All participants agree to "hunt at your own risk" and are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those accompanying them. BOTG provides safety guidelines and encourages use of the Safe Trails Program, but cannot guarantee safety in all situations.

4. Waiver of Liability

By participating in any BOTG activity, you release and hold harmless BOTG, its owners, team members, and partners from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from participation, except where prohibited by law. All participants agree to hunt at their own risk when making a purchase from Boots on the Ground.

5. Product Use & Treasure Hunts

BOTG products and treasure hunts are intended for recreational use only. All treasure locations are placed on public land and within three miles of a public road. Participants must respect all property, local laws, and environmental guidelines during their hunt.

6. Prizes & Rewards

Prizes and rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice. BOTG reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary. All decisions regarding prize eligibility and distribution are final.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

BOTG offers a 90-day refund policy for basic returns. Safe Trails members may be eligible for additional repair or replacement guarantees. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including poems, puzzles, images, and branding, is the property of BOTG and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
